Yogananda — May 18, 2026 (Gibsons Circle of Light)

Yogananda cautions us against being too attached to material joys, reminding us of Blake's words in the poem Eternity:

He who binds to himself a joy
Does the winged life destroy;
But he who kisses the joy as it flies
Lives in eternity's sun rise.

Yogananda encourages us not to cling, but instead be open to the great Love of God.
